Cancellations & Payment Policy for Medicine Park Vacation

Payment Methods Accepted:

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash

• Credit Cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover

• Digital Payments: Venmo, CashApp

• Gift Certificates: Medicine Park Gift Certificates

Full payment is due at the time of check-in.

Cancellation Policy 

We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel your reservation, we ask that you provide at least 5 days’ notice before your scheduled arrival. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:

• Cancellations made more than 5 days before arrival: You will receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $25 processing fee.

• Cancellations within 5 days of arrival: You will be charged the full amount for the reservation.

Rates and policies are subject to change, especially during high-demand periods or for special requests.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time: After 3:00 PM
  We strive to have your vacation home ready by check-in time. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee early occupancy. Please contact us in advance if you wish to request an early check-in.

• Check-out time: 11:00 AM or earlier
  To allow sufficient time for cleaning, we ask that you check out promptly by 11:00 AM. If you occupy the property beyond this time without prior approval, you will be charged a late check-out fee of $75 per hour.

Policies for Guests :

• Children: Kids are welcome, with the understanding that quiet and privacy are essential for the comfort of our neighbors.

• Smoking: Smoking is permitted outside only, at least 10 feet away from the property entrance. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking indoors.

• Candles: For safety reasons, real candles are not allowed. Please use LED candles instead.

• Pets: We have a no-pet policy due to severe allergies. Please refrain from bringing pets onto the property.
