CANCELLATIONS & PAYMENT

We accept the following forms of payment:
cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Venmo, Cashapp, Discover & Medicine Park Gift Certificates

Full payment is due by check in.

Medicine Park Vacation has three exclusive properties where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 5 days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.

Cancellations prior to 5 days of the arrival will entitle you to a refund of the deposit less a $25 processing fee. Failure to cancel prior to 5 days will necessitate a charge for the full booking.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.

Check-in: 3:00 PM or later
All efforts will be made to have your vacation home cleaned and ready by your check-in time, but at times we cannot guarantee the exact time of occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances. Please do not arrive before the check in time. If arriving earlier than the check-in time, please call to make arrangements.

Check-out 11 am or earlier
Check-out time must be met to allow cleaning to be completed for the next guest(s). Guests that occupy the property beyond 11:00 AM without prior approval will be charged a late check-out fee equivalent to $75.00 for each hour of occupancy beyond the checkout time

CANCELLATIONS & PAYMENT

Kids are welcomed with the understanding that quiet and privacy are important to our neighbors.

We are a non-smoking vacation rental. Smoking is permitted only outside, 10 feet or more from the entrance. A cleaning fee of $500 will be charged for smoking indoors. Please don’t.

Candles, while romantic, are not permitted in the home. Please use LED candles instead. This house thanks you.

Pets are not allowed to stay on property, we suffer sever allergies so please do not bring any pets.
